Barre
Barre is a fitness method that combines the elements of ballet, pilates and stregth training to enhance flexibility, endurance, and muscle tone. Incorperating small isometric movements, alongside bodyweight exercises and light resistance.
This low impact workout targets specific muscle groups particularly the core,legs, glutes, and arms with an emphisis on precision and form. Barre improves posture, ballance, and coordination while promoting lean muscle.
